Thank you for very good time here! Impeccably clean hotel, facilities are clean, and the location is absolutely perfect and excellent to cat ba island. Nicely furnished room with balconies, has free Wi-Fi. The breakfast was very very good, we really enjoyed a great selection of meals.

Nice design of interiors in deluxe room. Nice city views. Marvellous location in an alleyway off the main road and easy access to a market and boutiques. For tea or coffee visit Always Cafe nearby.

We had a fantastic weekend at the Hanoi Amber Hotel! The staff was extremely friendly and provided top-notch service. They even organized transport for us at affordable rates. The hotel's location in the heart of the city's old quarter was perfect for exploring. We enjoyed being able to walk to the beautiful Hoam Kiem Lake and the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum Complex with ease. The rooms, though small, were impeccably clean and had all the necessary amenities. , the hotel gave us a complimentary breakfast, which was a pleasant surprise.
One downside we experienced was that the rooms were on the smaller side. However, since we were primarily using them for sleeping, this wasn't a major issue.

Everything, the staff were exellent, from airport pickup to checkout, we felt so welcomed to the hotel, home from home. The hotel is spotless, the rooms are modern and comfortable, and is in an exellent location. Mr hung is such a nice man, as are all the staff, he will help with tours, onward travel, and always there for a friendly chat. Definately stay again.
